The target antigen is Histidine-Rich Protein II (HRP-II) of Plasmodium faciparum and plasmodium lactate dehydrogenase (pLDH) of Plasmadium vivax, and the screening test result can be obtained within 15 minutes with its high sensitivity and specificity.
