The Eurobioplex Dengue 1234 kit is a test using reverse-transcription and real-time amplification of viral RNA of Dengue, as well as an encapsidated control of RNA extraction and RT-PCR inhibition. The test is performed from extracted RNA from a sample using two reactions in two wells.
