Das Zielantigen ist das Histidin-reiche Protein II (HRP-II) von Plasmodium falciparum und die Plasmodium-Laktatdehydrogenase (pLDH) von Plasmodium vivax. Das Ergebnis des Screening-Tests liegt dank seiner hohen Sensitivität und Spezifität innerhalb von 15 Minuten vor.
