Intended use | CP-II as a biomarker is used in the investigation of the cartilage synthesis in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and cartilage injury and repair in human as well as some animal models. The CP-II-concentration in cartilage correlates directly with the synthesis of the type-II collagen. |
