Quidel's Human Serum Complement Standard is intended for use in antigen assays for total levels of specific complement components as well as hemolytic assays to assess the functional activity of specific complement components. Total, functional hemolytic titers (CH50, AH50) as well as protein specific hemolytic titers and total antigen levels are provided.
