Specificity:
This monoclonal antibody was raised against purified human C9. It is specific for an antigen expressed on the C9 but not expressed in MAC. It will inhibit the lysis of EA and will not bind to membrane associated MAC.

Applications:
Quidel's C9 monoclonal antibody has been used in a variety of experimental techniques including EIA, Western Blot, and RIA.
